Each year we are delighted to welcome old friends and new for a Belmont style home from home house party to welcome in the New Year. Our New Year Break offers a three-night escape, with plenty of opportunities to indulge and relax as you wish from 30th December to 2nd January.

"FANTASTIC NEW YEAR BREAK!!!! I recently returned from The Belmont. It is a conveniently situated, family-run, spotlessly clean hotel. Our room was warm and cozy, with crisp, white linen and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The food was absolutely delicious, plentiful, and varied. The entertainment was fabulous and again varied with something for everyone. The piece de resistance however was Cordelia and the staff. They were without exception welcoming, obliging and professional, and it was their hard work and sense of fun that helped create a wonderful party ambiance throughout the entire holiday.".

30th December - Arrival Day
Your break officially starts now! Arrive on the 30th, enjoy a drink in the bar and meet the staff and your fellow guests. Relax throughout the afternoon in the cozy bar and sun lounge or take a walk along the coast, exploring all that Blackpool has to offer. Later join us for a drink, before enjoying a great fun-packed night.
It's Nearly a New Year
This special night is a great start to the New Year's celebrations.
Your evening includes a gourmet five-course evening meal, bingo plus fun and games, and an amazing cabaret act. Join in the fun with a mix of songs from all ages. In the break snack on a light supper and take part in our fabulous prize raffle.
31st December
On your first morning with us enjoy a hearty filling breakfast followed by a chance to venture along the seafront into the town and beyond for the New Year Sales. Relax in the bar on your return or take an afternoon siesta before the evening celebrations begin. Enjoy a drink in the bar before indulging in a five-course feast, all homemade and locally sourced.
After this filling feast get revved up and ready to start celebrating New Year's Eve with us. It's time to Sparkle! at our New Years' Eve Party Night (dressing up essential) featuring fun and games, a prize raffle, superb cabaret and disco plus a cold snack supper after the Bells. It’s time to celebrate and welcome another year!
1st January
On New Year’s Day you deserve a lie-in so housekeeping will not disturb you today and breakfast is served later than usual at mid morning. Take your time getting up and then join us to kick-start the day with our amazing New Years Day breakfast. After indulging yourself enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery of the seafront with a walk along the coast. Spend the day lounging around or simply go back to bed - the choice is yours!
The evening meal signals the start of another fabulous evening. Bring your dancing shoes and singing voices to join us with yet more stupendous cabaret featuring an amazing array of songs from every era, not forgetting our Prize Raffle. A snack buffet gives the chance of more nibbling later in the night.
2nd January
Enjoy a full English breakfast before fond farewells.

"Perfect New Year. The proprietor Cordelia greeted us in a pleasant and friendly manner. Once checked in she directed us to our room where we quickly settled. The en-suite room was clean, adequate in size and met our every need, including tea and coffee facilities. Over the New Year, we were on a full board basis and once again the Belmont did not disappoint. There was a lunch buffet, a 5-course dinner, and supper. The breakfast at the Belmont Hotel is legendary and is perfect to set you up for the day. The food at every meal was cooked to an excellent standard. I am a chef by trade and don't hand out compliments easily but kudos to Cordelia and her team, it was PERFECT! In addition, I don't think I ate for a week after staying here!! There was plenty of entertainment (including a DJ) and a well-stocked bar to keep us occupied throughout our stay and New Year. The bar is also very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, our stay had to come to an end, but no doubt we will be back!! Thank you Cordelia for the perfect New Year.".
