Festivals & Community Events in Blackpool This June

Blackpool shines as a hub of inclusivity and community spirit this June. The Blackpool, Wyre & Fylde Pride Festival returns from June 6th to 8th, celebrating love and diversity with parades, live music, family zones, and performances at the Tower Festival Headland. It's one of the town’s most colourful and uplifting weekends of the year, drawing visitors from across the UK. Expect food vendors, community stalls, and big-name acts on the main stage.

Later in the month, the Solstice Arts Festival runs from June 24th to 28th at St Stephen’s on the Cliffs. This cultural highlight showcases local musical ensembles, choral groups, and instrumentalists in a series of intimate concerts that span classical, folk, and contemporary genres. It’s a beautiful opportunity to enjoy Blackpool’s artistic talent in a serene setting away from the usual hustle.

On June 21st, The Showboat hosts "Blackpool's Big Night Out," a variety show packed with laughter, music, and entertainment. Combining stand-up comedy, live music, and fun surprises, it’s ideal for a group outing or an entertaining date night. Enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional variety performance in a modern format that guarantees a good time.

With so much happening around town, staying at the The Belmont Hotel puts you in the heart of the action, just steps from the events and festivities.
